Isn't that like saying that an attempted murder isn't really a crime, because no one really got hurt during the attempt? She obviously didn't intend on hurting anyone, but unless she isn't in command of her country she is responsible for their actions. Especially since she was there and was witness to the criminal action. I don't know about New Zeland, but here speeding 30 miles over the speed limit is a fedral offense. If she was a witness to an unlawful or illegal activity, does she not, as the president of her country, have an obligation to report it to the appropriete authouraties? What kind of example does she think she's setting for the soft and tender generation of New Zelanders?
