In “normal “circumstances the father would have been removed form the home immediately and indefinitely but in this case challenges abound. First, because the father is wheelchair bound and access to other facilities or family members can not be an option at present time. Second, the other question is does he, the father, require assistance in his daily living activities like eating, washing etc.? The other side of this is not any better either, removal of the girl from her home sends a message not only of injustice but also that she is at fault. The girl will receive the message that I am bad and it is my fault that my father had touched me. The last point that we need to remember is we do not know what went on in court. It might be that the girl has changed her story and an issue of credibility has surfaced. All I did was recycling the material and expressions they used. I guess being “aggressive” depends on weather you agree to the content or not. As to your content, except for my unfortunate rape at the age of 7 (I think the judge should have your daughter watch you as well, your creative imagination might take you much further than that of this poor handicap) – there’s none.
