Ethiopia's people are mostly analphabetic not because they aren't exposed to the internet, or school system as learning source, but because they do not have the time and energy for this. When I mention ''energy'' I mean money, electricity etc. High educated population is very important to every nation, and every nation should have the will to invest resources in this, but in this case, this action will reduce the lower class position even more. There are so many sides to this issue, positive and negative, but all in all, it is looking like a cosmetic solution to this land that will not help the lower class (the majority in this country) what so ever. Internet is an infrastructure, but this land need a much more basic infrastructure like transportation infrastructure, Water infrastructure etc first. הגב לתגובה זו
