This is one of the most dumbest lawsuits I've ever heard. The iPhone comes with 16Mb memory that is already PRELOADED with the OS and other applications such as the Safari Browser, Google Maps, etc., etc - hence the remainder 14.3Mb of memory.
Whoever came up with the idea to file a class action is an idiot who either looking to get some attention/headlines or has no idea in technology...
