Pedro Martinez shut many people up in game 3, he showed that although he's not what he was, he's still one of the top 10 starters today, and for sure one of the top 5 starters of the last decade. Only Randy Johnson, Tim Hudson, Mark Prior, and maybe Carlos Zambrano are as good. Also, you can add Curt Schilling, Roger Clemens, Jason Shmidt, Kerry Wood, Mark Mulder, Roy Oswalt, Johan Santana, Ben Sheets, and Bartolo Colon as great starters of today.
Manny should be this year's AL MVP, since he and Ortiz carried the team all year, but he had a better average, his hits and RBI were more timely and he actually plays in the field(even though he sucks at it) na d David Ortiz is just the DH.
Adrian Beltre or Albert Pujols should be the NL MVP, I don't think Bonds should be.
