He could have eliminated al-qaeda after teh bombings in west africa, and he didn't, he was too busy aiding the muslems of Yugoslavia. his failure to act brought the 9/11 attacks. A Kerry victory will ensure the victory of the enemies of mankind - iran, al-qaeda and the such - this is the option to a Bush victory in November. If you like to live in such a world (a ''safer'' world), than by all means, vote Kerry.
